Beau von Brandis is a very handsome 4-5 year old German Shepherd. Beau is one of those special dogs that even the over-worked staff in the worst of times at an animal shelter realized needed another chance.  He hasn't had good care or quality food, he has teeth of a much older dog but his spirit isn't daunted.  He is a gentle dog, an old soul, wise and calm. He seems fine with calm easygoing dogs of all sizes, even cats! Beau seems pleased to just hang out on a comfy bed or next to your feet.  He is calm and quiet in a crate, and good on leash. He meets most dogs well but does warn pushy dogs. Gorgeous and endearing Beau is ready for a loving home.
